I bought an item from them but I brought it back as it didn't fit on my car and I asked for a refund and they gave me money that's short with R140

I bought an item from them but I brought it back as it didn't fit on my car and I asked for a refund and they gave me money that's short with R140. And that's not an agreement it was suppose to be R700
