Pursuing clients without verifying facts

In an interesting, drawn out and escalating situation of causing me damages, (also before the Ombud for Banking Services in SA) Standard Bank apparently contracts out to legal firms without supplying full documentation. Since last year I am being harassed by B&D (Bham & Dhaya) attorneys call centre operators about an account which is not mine. I have in writing requested via this attorneys to be supp**** with documentation proving that I am the owner of the account. Nothing had been forthcoming, yet the harassment continues? This morning I 'phoned B&D attorneys again to report that I do not have such an account. I have never solicited B&D Attorneys.
