Clearance Letter for Credit Card

<p>I am very disappointed that I have to wait three weeks for a clearance letter for paying up my Credit Card in full. I spoke to Kekeletso M from B&D Attorneys who told me of the long waiting period I even emailed the proof of payment on Monday and to date I did not receive any feedback. Why does it take so long for the clearance letter to clear my name? I now have to take another trip to Standanrd Bank with this letter to have my name taken from the ITC. This is completely insane, I want this to be resolved ASAP. You guys are keeping me behind from moving forward as a full fworking week has gone by.</p>
