Disgusted.

My mom made a fullpayment to you guys in 2018 and yet you have not removed her name from ITC,she went to lewis to open an account of which she was told that she owes standard bank.REF STA93/804682.The law states that after after the person has paid an account in full, its your responsibility to ensure that the payment profile is updated within 21days on ITC but you guys failed to do so in over 2years.Kindly rectify this ASAP.
