Unpleasant visit at BCX Centurion

Who else had to see a client at Bcx in Centurion then had to wait outside because the arrogant boom patrol won't let you in if you don't travel with your ID ? I fully understand it has safety reasons behind it but the arrogance of the lady at the boomgate is totally unacceptable. After telling me I must get out of my car and wait outside because I do not have an ID or driver license she made jokes and silly gestures with her boomgate buddies about me!? This is the face you see when entering BCX , very unprofessional!

How about an alternative idee for customers/clients at the gate? Something like sign in with a visitor sticker and confirm with the person inside BCX to let them in? Instead of letting them wait outside on the street?!
