Unhelpful Reception, Not able to Contact Anyone!!!

The attitude and lack of product knowledge of the receptionist is shocking. As the first point of contact to potential clients, the least you could do is fami****ize yourself with the company's products. Calls ring for extended periods of time before getting cut off. Tried calling Durban, no answer. Head Office receptionist has to be the least helpful individual i have come across. after 4 attempts sill have not spoken to anyone regarding an urgent quote required.
