Tragically slow with zero communication and almost a complete lack of service delivery

This review is in no way affiliated with the company that I work for. It is simply my personal opinion based on personal experience with BCX.

In short, this should be THE LAST business/company to approach for any IT related services. Communication is practically non-existent with responses only coming when you threaten with legal action. Service delivery is obscenely slow. Going almost 3 years now and the project that we started is still not complete.

You are literally better off doing things on your own vs using this company!
