BUSINESS CONNEXION PTY - LTD aka BCX

Business Connexion PTY Ltd aka as BCX has given the worst service ever. It takes two days of constant communication with the BCX helpdesk to get a technician allocated to a technical problem and still no allocation was made. The coordinating team as well as the team leaders cannot be reached by the call center representatives because the lines are constantly engaged. Even the Service Delivery Manager does not answer or return calls made to her cell phone. needless to say that we are still waiting for any feedback from BCX - 2 days later. this is such poor service. I am a Sasol Site and without the support (which I pay for on a monthly basis I may add) from BCX my business is suffering for I cannot sell fuel for the pump is not working. Very disappointed and concedering changing service provider.
