BCX the call center for Telkom promise but failed to phone me back about ADS +landline faulty now for 2 weeks.

BCX who is the call center for Openserve aka Telkom promise but failed to phone me back with feedback about my faulty BUSINESS landline and ADSL which have been reported and faulty for 2 weeks since 25 April 2018. Also are they not able to get my BUSINESS landline and ADSL fixed.
