BCX Service

I have called BCX over 30 times today, each time they cut the call, then they give me the wrong department to call, then the call gets cut again, Extremely poor service, the lady at their HO reception just says people are working from home and there is nothing she can do. They cant even transfer calls correctly without the call dropping
