I opened an account with a foreign ID which was acceptedby them. I then tried to withdraw the money that i have been investing,i was told to open a South African account. I told them that I cannot since I'm not a residence of South Africa. I then received a mail that they can in a foreign account but they only pay in Rands which was fine with me. To date I'm still struggling with them.I just want to withdraw the fund and close the account. Your assistance will be highly appreciated in this matter.

09 May 2025, 09:28Hi, Harold. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. It seems this account belongs to your partner. We understand that your life partner could not withdraw funds to their foreign bank account. We want to clarify our operational scope as a South African FSP. Our licensing allows us to provide services to SA residents, which include individuals physically residing in South Africa and using South African phone numbers for registration, logins, and contacts, as well as South African-issued bank cards for deposits. Our services are designed for transactions within South Africa only, and unfortunately, we cannot process withdrawals to international bank accounts. We noticed that the account holder, your life partner, has used a South African-issued bank card for deposits on multiple occasions. This typically indicates the presence of a South African bank account, which could be used for withdrawals within our system. We are committed to ensuring the security and integrity of all transactions and adhering to regulatory requirements. Attempting to deposit funds from one source and withdraw them to a different account, especially one held abroad, can raise concerns related to the origin of funds and potentially be flagged as suspicious activity. We encourage you to contact our support team directly concerning your specific situation. We just need you to provide the requested documents so we can resolve this case. If you need any help with this, please click on "Support" at the bottom of the app screen, to get in touch with our incredible support team who will happily assist you via chat, call, WhatsApp, or email.
