One star is too high of a rating for this ******* business.

Took a tv in more than a year ago, went in to fetch the tv more than once and it was nowhere to be found. Been a back and forth between insurance, Loot and BCR only to be contacted by a very arrogant “owner” and told that the tv was “destroyed” after 21 days (apparently their policy) yet we have written proof where we were told that the tv has been collected to be returned for the credit note and and and… These people are ***** and full of stories. Avoid taking appliances etc here at all costs.

At the end of the call, this “owner” has the decency to say we can get a tv at cost price. Theft case and damage to property pending.
