BCR Theft of parts in Ps4

This is the worst ****** ever! The first time i dealed with these people they asured me that my playstation can be fixed only to be notified after a month that it cant and i have to pay R340.A year after that i also had another playstation4 in for repairs,also i had to contact them all the time and eventualy they gave me the number of one of the socalled technicions Steve Isaacs.My calls was egnored most of the times and eventualy got the machine back after more than a month and it was also said it cant be fixed,i also had to pay that R340.No i took the machine to a other repair centre and they told me that the machine is incomplete and parts ( powersupply ) is not there anymore.Now if been waiting for a insurance report for my dishwasher and this is taking 2weeks now.These people just keeps on doing what they want to and dont worry about anyone but them selfs.It is no wonder that they closed the shop in George.
