Avoid at all cost

Paid them for a report for an insurance claim. Came for the payment but promised to came back to check the fridge it never happened. Phoned them to be told the case is closed but will phone me back to tell me what happened, never happened. Quick to take the money but then nothing no report no nothing. Avoid them at all cost.
