Poor workmanship by BCN Projects just takes the trophy

We took ownership of the property in July 2016 and at the our family was excited to have received approval for a bond. BCN Projects were the developer for the complex

We since realized that there was something unto what with the house as the temperature will be at sub zero. We logged a complaint sighting or thinking that the issue was steel window frames perhaps were the cause; which we replaced with aluminum.

The problem was never averted as we had experience the same issue; however this was only realized a year later during another winter season. BCN Project sent their team to inspect however later declined responsibility.

The substandard work done by this company affected my family heavily as we had to heat up using electric heaters and also buying additional blankets and clothing not to mention medical bills incurred,
