Zone 17.. b,block 4 poor electricity

An official complaint about the electricity "fault" that we keep having at Mdantsane zone 14, block 4

Earlier this report I reported electricity that went off from 10:40 am. We aeere expecting loadshedding at 3pm that same day.. Mind you I was working from home. Laptop and phone batteries were dying making me unproductive. Strange enough the electricity came back on an hour later. Which did not help beacuse 30min later we had load shedding.

We had load shedding at 9pm last night. Woke around 4am today to feed my baby to find out we don't he electricity again. I called at 06H45 and was told there was a fault that occurred last night in the same area as earlier in the week. The agent could not tell me when it would be fixed. Mind you we have load shedding scheduled for 12pm today. This has happened on numerous occasions. So, is it really a fault or just staff making overtime for themselves? If it is, is the next logical thing not to replace whatever has been giving them issues???
