Bci security unfair to the employee

My brother(Sibusiso Mgaga) has been working for the bci security for the three months, this company does not know how to treat their employees, the first and second month they paid him half salary, he asked them but nothing happened, now its worse this month they didn't pay him at all, when he asked mind you he was supposed to get his salary on the 5 October on the 7 October he called they told him the paid the money in his account maybe its the bank network and they don't work for the bank, what kind of the answer is that, he called again yesterday they told they will investigate and call him with the answer, call them again today to talk to the HR but they hangup the phone, what kind of company is this? I see the exploitation here. How can u work and not getting paid, everyone got paid its only him. They need to treat their employees equally How can the big company like bci security not treating their like this. They must pay his salary he has family to support rent to pay, his children needs food.
