Unprofessional service provider

I contracted BCF Contractors to water proof my roof on the 8th of March 2023 and paid upfront for the work.

The guys cane thought the Thursday, did the first half of the job and advised that they need the first application to dry before they can come seal and complete the job. They guy that was managing the worker informed me that they need to take the car in for service the following day (Friday) and depending when the car is released they will come through to complete the job either Friday or Saturday morning. Till date I am still waiting on them to complete my roof and as of now they are not picking up their phone, responding to whatsapp or emails queries.

Please be aware, I read some reviews and they were excellent till after I had already contracted them and paid I noticed that there were many complaints for unfinished jobs to jobs that are yet to start though payment has been made.

I am so disappointed as I was never expecting such from Andrew.
