Beyond disappointed in their operations

The most inconsiderate company I have ever come across. I got into an accident with one of their truck drivers on 3 December 2019, the driver reversed into my car as we were all driving into Woodmead retail centre. We reported the matter at the police station, I would have contacted my insurance but a safety personnel from the company contacted me shortly after the accident and he told me that the company would pay for the damages. All I had to do was to get three quotations that would be submitted to their insurance. Being a new driver that has never claimed from her insurance I trusted what this man told me.

I followed suit, drove around during working hours to get the quotations as per request. The quotations were sent to this man and his manager on 7 January. When I tried to contact them I was told that he would follow up with the manager, they are waiting for the insurance. Today I called the company and I was directed to a different person and I was told a completely different story. The people I spoke to were rude and they lacked empathy.

For a company that works so close with customers, I am appalled at the level of incompetence. The least that they could have done was to appoint an informed person to deal with the matter.
