Worst Service

I have had the worst service from BCD travel, not only do they hardly respond also the agent booked the worng class of tickets and I have been told there is nothing that can be done. I have heard every excuse for her actions and at no point did anyone at BCD try to rectify or assist in this matter. I honestly have had my entire trip spoilt. Thanks BCD for ensuring you gave me the worst experience ever.
