Big business not paying small businesses.

I run a small bed and breakfast in the Hluhluwe area. This company has booked a number of guests with me (on behalf of UKZN) and even after numerous requests, emails etc, we have still not been paid. This is a classic example of someone having a government contract and *****ing small businesses over.
