BCD travel in Durban
<p>I am a student from the University of KwaZulu-Natal who was going to travel the US to present a paper at a conference. The University spent a huge amount of money to secure my flight ticket to BCD travel (Durban agency) and I used my own pocket money to pay for my accommodation in a hotel in the US, the airport transfers and other things. BCD travel issued me a wrong flight ticket and I was stopped in London. I missed my conference with all the arrangements that were made and was deported back to South Africa. When I came back my University and I immediately contacted BCD travel through their consultants to report what happened. They promised to follow up and refund everything that was spent by University and by me. This happened last year (2016) and up until now, nothing has been done. We contacted them several times but they do not even bother to answer. </p>
