BCD travel

After arriving at Cape Town airport at 23:00 I was told by AVIS that my voucher for my rental car was not received from BCD travel. After phoning the after hours number we were told that the voucher will be issued after 10 minutes and emailed through. After paying and astronomical amount, speaking to several people at BCD and four days later I have not received any feedback from BCD travel. Pathetic service!!!
