Shocking Customer Service

Absolutely shocking service. Send numerous emails asking them to explain better what they have sent and just repeat the same email when replying. Then you ask what you paid them for and they take over month to get back to you. Then I get threatened to be taken on by their legal department for defamation of character when honestly i was telling them the truth about how *********** and useless they are with customer service.
