We started off well with the owner however I have been ignored, blue ticked on WhatsApp and promised to have an issue sorted out which he acknowledged needed attending to. I am disappointed because this is someone I brought into my own personal space to sort out a roofing issue after being impressed by initial service at my workplace. This is indeed not how customer service work.
