After seven years , as long as my stay in Qwarrywood, I can only say ... don’t buy in this complex. This is a complex in the very good location but not well run with a bunch of trustees who are there because of their their own interest, they don’t treat the owners equally, the politics between trustees is on the highest possible level ... our expenses are very high due to white elephant projects, and service providers they choose but they are not able to delegate properly. I’ve became a victim and I had to ask the COJ for help on two occasions. I was complaining about Angor , on Hello Peter, without any respond from Angor or trustees. There is no way to remove them because of the high level of politics in complex but ... go publicly.
