Very disappointed customer

They advertise on Facebook one iron. When you order it is not the product they showon Facebook. After i paid and got delivery. The iron would not even get warm. When i asked for a refund they told me no. When i asked for an exchange for them to give me the one they advertised i will pay more. That also wasn't possible. If u ask me its a ****. Im not using iron at all if anyone wants it.
