reached out to the lady that owns this business I was interested in buy one of the bobs she had been advertising . She quickly rep**** and I deposited R1000 I asked for the tracking information and she said she would send it after she had processed my purchase. Two days passed asked the same thing , she ignored me but continued posting her special. I think texted this lady every single day when she eventually rep**** she would come up with a lie on why she ignoring me and why hair that I was suppose to get in 2-5 days hasn’t arrived in a month . It toke me threatening this lady countless of times to finally get the hair after 2 months . The hair I got when not even close to what was being advertised. To say the service you get from this company is absolutely disgusting and appalling is an understatement , I do not wish what I went through with this lady funeka to my worst enemy . To anyone thinking about buying hair at this place please PLEASE DO NOT . this hair company needs to be shut down !
