Pay back our money

In July 2019 I payed R750 for a weave I was supposed to have received a long time ago. January 2020 she still hasn't payed back my money. She has literally blocked me on all social media platforms as well after I made comments about she still hasn't paid me back. I don't want any stories anymore, I just want my money. Please help us.
