Pay back my money

I paid a full amount they said i will receive my hair on the 31st of January 2020, i am still waiting. They are not answering calls nor responding to my watsapp messages. They are not communicating on what is going on. When i made comments on facebook complaining about their services they blocked me instead of helping me.
