BC HAIR & BEAUTY LIFESTYLE: OVER A MONTH OF WAITING FOR UNDELIVERED HAIR

So I ordered hair from these people #BCHair&BeautyLifestyle on 12 July 2020, I am still waiting well over a month later. When I follow up, they give me excuses like "We will send it by next week" or "We will keep you updated on the state of delivery" or "The tracking receipt will be sent once the product has been dispatched" and today's one is "We ran out of closures"... I asked for my money back but the lady does not even entertain that and she does not even pick up my calls.

The worst part is that, they do not even keep you infomed, you are the one who has to keep contacting them. They even ignore your messages and do not pick up the phone. When they eventually answer texts, they give you lame excuses like the ones mentioned above.

Once the lady wrote, and I quote: "I will try to respond as quickly as humanly possible to you and every 20 clients that text per minute" - can you believe that?

I do not trust these people and suspect that they are a hoax! We all need to be careful when ordering online and only order from a trusted supplier.

I have lost all hope of getting my order. Even if it gets delivered, I will NEVER order from these people again and will NEVER recommend their company to anyone. The service is completely abominable!!!!!!
