BAD SERVICE / RUDE STAFF / LOST GOODS

Early December 2015 I took my Microwave to BC Appliance Repairs in Uitenhage to be repaired.<br> I was given a quote and paid the invoice Same Day.<br> <br> When I contacted them a few weeks later to check on the status of my Microwave I was advised that they did not remember who the Microwave belonged to, which goes to show that they do no keep Records of Customers Goods.<br> I made numerous calls and visits to BC Appliances and was told that they were still busy with the Repairs.<br> <br> On my last visit I was advised that my Microwave was misplaced or ******, for obvious reasons I was very upset because not only was my Microwave \lost\" but I had to deal with a very Rude and Obnoxious front \"lady\".<br> I demanded that my Microwave be replaced Immediately as I have been more than patient and accommodating in this regard, to which BC Appliance agreed. <br> <br> It is now two weeks later and I haven't heard from owner Craig and when I call he is either very rude or cuts my call. So I am out of Pocket and No Microwave.<br> <br> Believe me I will be taking this matter further, when you support small local businesses and you get this kind of service it is not wonder they don't survive. "
