Bad Service

<p>I took my tv to BC Appliance Repairs in Uitenhage and was quoted R350. 2 days later i receive a call from the owner Craig saying it will now cost R1280 as he needs to replace 2 boards and i need to pay upfront as he needs to order them, was told it would take 5 working days. 2 weeks later i follow up and was told its at the post office he hasnt had time to collect. Another week later i follow up again and was told he needs to set the voltage. Another week later he tells me he hasnt got the equipment and is waiting for another guy to do it. Then two weeks later im told his waiting for the guy to do the job. A month goes by still nothing is done. Then he calls and says he needs to replace the TBoard. 2weeks later he tells me he has found one and New Age Technologies want him to be an agent for them and as soon as he agrees on the terms he will order the board and everything will be sorted. Week after that he tells me he has the board on order and they couriering with his contract 2 weeks later he informs me he has taken out the boards his replaced theirs nothing he can do i need to collect my tv and he will refund me when he gets the money back from the place be got the boards. I got tv back 8 *****s missing on the back and nasty scratch on the top. Now i have to waiting for my money????? 3and a half months of having to listen to stories. Hope its not going to take another 3 months to get my money. No apology nothing even though i was the one who had to follow up with him and all he does is rudely brushes me off.</p>
