BBRW VERY BAD SERVICE

EXTREMELY BAD repairs/warranty service...BEWARE!!! Bought a large amount of machinery from them. they were efficient at taking my money, very slack thereafter. Ice cream machine did not work from the first day used, brand new machine. They don't send technicians out to fix (as most other companies do). They video called and were quick to say just bring the machine in. Very dishonest service center, feedback they gave to us and to their bosses was not true, communication was utterly pathetic. After I'd left the workshop all the way back to Mpumalanga they WhatsApp and say machine is working perfectly fine please come collect, after saying they would take 2-3 days to fix it (after saying they would send me a quote first...to repair a brand new machine never used!). They quite simply don't care about the customer's reality. I escalated the matter to their bosses, requesting the machine be delivered after such blatant and misguided service. The bosses instructed the staff to tell me to come collect the machine at my own cost. My business was partially down for a week, I lost product, all due to these people. Due to their bad service and unwillingness to spend R400 on a delivery, they have lost tens of thousands of Rands from me and will lose me as a customer for life. Utterly unacceptable.
