Customer care

There is this other lady her name is Sindiswa she is very care about customers. So I went there for a lunch. So she was not have enough change at her till .she asked this other guy for a change and that guy said just wait I will give u,Sindiswa wait and wait and she said again hey m still waiting, customer is still waiting for his change, he said don't worry about that customer ,he don't have a problem, imagine! And I wait again Sindiswa started to be worried ,she just took the money to next till, and then they blame her they say no u are wrong. U were supposed to wait Sindiswa,she answer them nicely CUSTOMERS FIRST guys, u will calculate yr money later .the only thing I like about Sindiswa is she very care about customers, she is very fast. She even go back to the back staff and help them if they stacked. She hv been there 2 years or more if m not mistaken.I know her because m a regular customer there. I know her from steers sunnypark. I wish I can open my shop, I won't hesitate to take her as my manager. She always put customers first .she used to say "akshweshwe" meaning make it fast. I love that energy for her. Actually she is a problem solver there. Keep it up Sindy.
