bad customer service

not so long ago there was a write up about BBQ steak house, that is struggling due to Covid. my experience... i have been there about 5 times in the last year, unfortunately i cant sit down so i always call ahead or go in store for a take away, and all 5 times i was turned around cause they too busy? a restaurant that is to busy to assist a customer? is a take away not the same as if i was sitting down? just iam taking it home? iam very dissapointed in the service, and wont recommended anyone there ever!
