Bad service and not taking responsibility of the mistakes.

Our vehicles was taken to Bodytech 2000 by the assessor of our insurance. The vehicle was there for 2 weeks before they started to work on it. If we enquire about it we do not get any straight answers. After 3 week we were informed that the parts was ordered. Then a week later that is was being assembled. On the Friday that our rental car after a extention has to be back they informed me the vehicle is still not done they are waiting for parts. I demanded to have my vehicle brought back to me. When we received it the driver said that all the part were there and was already done by the morning. So this means they lie, for what reason I do not know. On the bonnet of my car was 3 red circles whith a coki to mark old chips. They did not buff this off, for they put the marks there. There are white marks on the bonnet that we do not know what it is and none of the washes off. It needs to be buffed. On the right hand side above the wheel there is red overspray of a vehicle that I suppose was next to our car when they sprayed it. It is more than a week now and any enquiries is just ignored by Robert and Kirtsy at bodytrch 20000. If I can advise anybody to stay aways. I have never in my 50 years had this service.
