Apalled by BBNT bank

I have an account with bbnt, i am out of the country, i have been waiting for a card to come through as my current card was blocked because unauthorised debits where going through my banker Farwa Tariq advised me my card was on its way to south africa 6 months ago, and has not reached. I had called in today and the consultant advised me that the card has been going through to my american address.

This means that i was being **** to, and i am very apalled by this, i have been waiting since 6 months and there is no sign of this

Please assist ASAP
