NO RESPONSE , BAD SERVICE

iI have signed an offer to purchase a house in June 2014. it was a cash transaction. I did not received an electrical compliance certificate. BBM attorneys agreed that after submitting quotes , i should do it and they will refund me. The property was finally registered on the 17 August 2015. A family member is living on my property and is refusing to vacate the property. I had to appoint an attorney requesting that BBM attorneys refund the interest that has accrued on my money. finally they made payment. until today they have not paid for the electrical compliance certificate and occupational rental from the estate. now my attorney must summons them for the money and go to court for an eviction order for the ******* occupant. furthermore I must pay the municipality account. I have app**** for 2 prepaid meters . one was installed and the ******* occupant came to my house to hazard me. He has even refuse that city power install the 2nd prepaid meter. I bought a house in June 2014 and until today I cannot enter the property.
