BBM-Appliances Falsely advertises their products.

I bought a VP vacuum pump from this company that is listed on BOB Shop. I looked at all the photos available on the product I wanted to purchase and made sure the specifications were correct, which was specified on one of the photos. Purchased the product to discover that it is not what I ordered at all. When I contacted BBM Appliances I was told that it was the wrong product's picture. I will need to send back the product that I bought and I will be refunded. If I want the other one I will have to buy it, and it costs more. She even said that they will need to take the photos down.

Today I phoned again as the pump was already used, and wanted to know if we can still return it... Low and behold, NO we cannot....Now I am stuck with a pump I didn't want, that cost me a pretty penny.

And I went to check if those photos have been taken down...Nope it is still there.

So watch out for false advertising, it seems it is there motto.
