A Giant Headache

I recently bought a 2014 Honda Ballade from BB Zambezi Honda in Pretoria. Prior to purchasing it the staff was very helpful and friendly. My first issue was that despite notifying the sales rep that I would only be available for delivery of the vehicle on specific days at these times, he still delivered the vehicle while I was at work. Since he drove 2 hours to deliver it I felt bad and arranged to leave work early after he agreed to pick me up from work and take me home to sort out all the paperwork. Looking back on it, I should've never agreed to it. After further inspecting the car that weekend I noticed some minor issues as well as one major issue of the front tyres being at their limit. I notified the sales rep who said he'd take it up with his manager who was conveniently on leave at the time. There was also the issue of a recall that HONDA issued on it's cars for airbag issues. Using the VIN number I checked if that car was part of the recall which it was and asked that they sort it out before I purchase it which they never did. I still have no feedback and it's been over a month. I also emailed the manager directly and have received absolutely no response. Needless to say I replaced the tyres since it's a safety concern. Overall I would not recommend dealing with them unless you're willing to deal with a giant headache afterwards.
