BB Trading no longer supporting Bryton Products

Brytons GPS Products distributed by BB Trading are no longer supporting any warranty or product issues, I have a Bryton 40 that I cannot download any activity files, I contacted Jason / Terence at BB Trading as in the past they had assisted. Jason informed me that they were no longer Bryton SA distributors (in fact no one is in SA) and they were not supporting any warranty issues! <br> Fundamentally how distributors can just pull out of a contracts without maintaining warranty for a set number of years is not in the interest of the Public, is there nothing in SA Law which compels Distributors to maintain a warranty service. BB Trading were not interested to assist in any manner apart from providing an international contact for Bryton, I believe this is not in the Public's interest.
