Very Disappointed : First Service

I tried to make a booking for my first service on my new Vehicle

No one picks up the phone and this was during week hours.I had to send my wife to make a booking for me as im a rep and always on the road.

As i recieved my vehicle back after the service it has not been cleaned, even my Windshield was still dirty

I was presented the customer service review form before i could see my car, so i left out the two lines where i was asked how happy i was on cleanliness

I expected a clean car back as atleast it feels that it has been serviced especially on the first service.

My friend on the other hand tooked in his vehicle also for his first service at another suzuki delaer about 2 weeks ago and recieved his vehicle back cleaned and vacuumed.

Very disappointed, expected more
