Very bad service & selling clients discontinued stock!!!

I’m extremely disappointed with the service at Suzuki Hatfield - BB Group 😡 this is now the second time my sound system is not working in a 2021 year model!!! The technicians suzuki referred me to, told me that the sound system suzuki sold me has been discontinued for over 4 years!!! And of course this has to happen on a Friday afternoon. I call the store and spoke to a manager & this was 16:42. He promised he would call me back in 5 min. It’s 17:52 & still no phone call. So I now sit without any sound in my car for an entire weekend or goodness knows how long. And when suzuki eventually comes up with a “solution” as he said I must take time off work, take the car in, waste my petrol. I’m extremely disappointed with the service and the audacity of selling a discontinued sound system to a client that is purchasing a vehicle from you. 😡 Will not recommend anyone purchase a vehicle there!!!
