Damage your vehicle when going for a service

It's about after sale and services!!!Good and Friendly service from the ladies organising and booking your service. But Never Service you car there!!!it's a big No But man oh man..since I bought the Suzuki, they whiff you aside when raising an issue about a serious issue on the gearbox.but when you buy a car,make sure you read the clauses about "a Suzuki thing" and understand that you purchase a vehicle with it. When I took the car for the 1st major service they did something to the headlights, as there are fibre pieces inside the headlights both.. So what else do they do when your car is going in for a service..if the selling side is so good why not up your after sale and service side?
