I would like to commend Mr. Tumi Mashilo for his commendable customer service. We could benefit from more professionals like Tumi in our economy, individuals who possess emotional intelligence and know how to engage with all types of customers effectively. Tumi demonstrated that selling a car involves not only the transaction but also ensuring the customer's satisfaction. This level of commitment is often lacking in our society; for example, when customers ask questions, some salespeople may become irritated or upset. However, Tumi remained calm and sought clarification whenever needed. Such qualities warrant a five-star recognition for emotional intelligence.

Best Customer Service I have ever experienced in years!
Thank you to everyone that made the dream of owning an Omoda a reality. From the first contact to the moment of delivery and after, I received friendly assistance, great advice and out of this world service. Buying an Omoda, go to BB Omoda & Jaecoo Sinoville. They also have inhouse insurance brokers to guide you through the process of getting your vehicle insured and covered before delivery. To everyone I dealt with - THANK YOU SO MUCH! You are amazing and keep up the awesome work, this is what customer service should look like. They put the benchmark right up there! I can talk about the amazing experience all day long and it will not convey my gratitude and awe!
