Poor treatment

I have spoken to a lady by the nane of Karim to book a car for a Service for Saturday 17-10-2020 and when my driver gets there, I am told that my car is not on the system, it was never booked. What shocks me is the fact that I been speaking to the person throughout the week and she even requested the milage of the vehicle thereof, she even made an undertaking to call ny insurance for service plan approval. She said the car must be there at 8am in the morning. When I contact her over the phone to find out what's the issue, she telks ne that she never spoke to me and I never booked my car, I mean how would I even come to the workshop if my car is not booked? I really don't like how I have been treated by this lady.
