Poor service

I bought a new used car from BB Silverton cars on the 15 August 2023 and up to date I still have not been given 1.I called them a lot of times and have been promised that they would send me 1 but the never did.Now in February 2024 they telling me that the sales person who sold it to me Peaceful Nkabinde is no longer working there that there is new staff who know nothing about this My husband made several calls to them but no spare key even now.BB Silverton 🚮🚮 It's now going to be 8 months and if anything happens to the car God forbid 😭 I don't know what I'll do.
