POOR AFTERSALE SERVICE

BB Nissan Sinoville, worst aftersales service. I bought a car from them November 2018. When I fist went to look at the car and test drive, the radio was in a working condition. The day I went to collect the car, I was informed that the radio is broken, but they will collect the car from my office during the next week, fix it, and return to me. This was done as agreed. 4 Months later my car radio stopped working again. I phoned three times, was informed that the consultant who initially assisted me does not work at BB Nissan Sinoville anymore. I spoke to Stephan who said that the manager, Jaco will phone me back. Since I didn't get any phone calls, I phoned again twice, on both occasions Jaco was not available, and I was informed he will phone me back. It is now a week later and still no feedback from BB Nissan Sinoville. I will not recommend this company to any person looking to buy a car. Very good service until the selling transaction was concluded, and afterwards they do not care at all.
