Nissan nonsense customer service

<p>Please assist Nissan BB polokwane offers a nonsense service they recalled my car nissan livina for a faulty airbag I came they checked my car (5 hours waiting ),they told me to wait for 1 to 2 months ,three months later no call I called them they tell me they job card was s****ped by their employee who doesn't work there I request another order in 2 months they called I arrive on the day the job is suppose to be done , I arrived at 7:30 in the morning waiting 6 hours later my car hasn't even moved from the parking I left it on they haven't even touched it ,cars that came after me left I ask the lady looked at me n laid to me n said they busy with it well is still at the parking, please help as the air bag fault is Nissan fault not mine</p>
